okay, serious q! What's the best way to handle kids who are harassing you online because they haven't figured out boundaries yet? (Which, like, I was once a Kid Online, I get it.) Especially interested in hearing from middle grade folks, educators, teachers.
My approach has been to not engage, mute, and then block if they start involving other people/escalate to multiple platforms/get super personal. Is there a better practice? Would giving a warning first help? This doesn't happen super often, but I'd like to do the right thing.
By "educators/teachers" I did mean "educators/parents" but I only have two brain cells,
