Your daily reminder that the February bar exam will be TWICE the length of the one in October. This means double the footage, double the files to upload, and even more stringent movement requirements.

#lawtwitter, please get louder about this. This is deeply unfair.

If an exam half this length was sufficient to assess the competence of folks in October, it makes absolutely no sense to subject February takers to double the hazing.

It’s especially cruel to folks who postponed taking the October bar specifically *because* of these inequitable conditions. There are many of us, who now can’t postpone any further because of our jobs. To slam us with an EVEN HIGHER hill to climb is just wrong.

(I really hope folks like @JosephPatrice are all over this. I feel like people are under the impression that February is a repeat of October and it’s very much...not.)
