I remember when this happened. I thought, wow, this Levine lady is going to face a major investigation. I actually thought criminal charges were possible. After all, she knowingly put people at risk of death while hustling her own mom to safety (in a luxury hotel, btw). 2/
Maybe manslaughter, I thought. I'm no lawyer so I didn't know but I thought certainly there would be an investigation. If no charges, I imagined a resignation and her living the rest of her life quietly, in shame, doing good works to make up for the lives she took. But nope. 3/
Nope! Instead, she's rewarded for her negligence, cruelty and indifference to the elderly patients trapped in those care facilities. There's little one can say about this sort of injustice.
