This is a very limiting mindset.

Analyze what’s in your control and come up with actionable solutions.

You can’t solve something that hasn’t or never will happen.
3. Being Consumed By Your Appearance.

Now, you should care what you look like.

The clothes you wear, your hygiene, your physique are all important.

But to obsess over it means you have no confidence.

Stop looking in mirrors all day and start working on your confidence.
4. Taking On Others Problems.

They’re not your problems.

You don’t have to be part of the drama.

It’s not your responsability.

No need to stress over someone else’s problems. It’s not worth it.

These people are time thieves and want to burden you with their BS.

This is an extreme limiting mindset.

You’re coming from a place of scarcity.

This leads to self-consciousness and “depression”.

Count your blessings and focus on abundance.
