Potential is also where I put all fulls after I've passed because if someone is good enough to read once, I do hope to hear from that person again. R&R's sit in there also. Looking back there are lots of names that I know are now published...
...I wasn't the right agent but they sparked with someone else, which makes me happy that the author found their champion. All my clients would have sat in this folder at one point! Keep querying - we do really want to find the next book to fall in love with
