1) Everyday we come across multiple issue highlighted through various social media platforms related to discrimination, institutional racism, exclusion, direct provision, employment, citizenship issue & many more.

2) that should be the last thing for one to worry about, yet, this sense of exclusion, not being accept for who they are or where they from on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs &orientation is creating nothing but a sense of hopelessness within the community
3) Its easy to brush off similar issue just for our own convenience, but apparently, these issues require urgent attention to make this world a better place for our self and our future generation.
4) If we won’t act now this gap will keep widening to the point where bridging the gap might be impossible. We are left with no other option then to act now to bring out the change and create a sense of belonging with in the community.
5) Now is the time to join hands to build a relationships with people from different cultures, providing them the opportunity to establish diverse society. Unless we walk in someone’s shoe, we wouldn’t know what others might be going through and the issues they have been voicing
6)their concerns about, how that might be impacting their mental and physical health.For us to comprehend other’s plight, we should spare sometime to listen &act accordingly to alleviate the hopelessness withing the community.
7)Together we must create this sense of belonging for all to feel accepted regardless their background. With your kind permission, today I have taken this liberty to initiate this project to bring us all closer as a large community to form a diverse society and without your help
8) and support it wouldn’t be possible, hence I request your participation. This project is called “Together let’s Create A Sense Of Belonging, Just Be A Smile Spreader”. This is all about spreading love, positivity, acceptance and happiness which is what we all desperately need.
