1. #Kashmir is INCOMPLETE without #KashmiriPandits. Period.
2. #KashmiriMuslims MUST Welcome Them Back, with Total Sincerity.

3. #KashmiriPandit's Youth, Entrepreneurs & Educationist, must take the Lead, with Passion & Mission.
4. Government must state Clear & Emphatic Narrative and 'Military Mission Mode' - Priority & Slated Focus, for Return & Rehabilitation
5.

5. Government, #Kashmiri Society, Security Forces and Local Leadership, must give COMMITMENT for the Safety, Security and Rehabilitation.
6.

6. Urgent need for De-Radicalisation, Social Re-engineering and Repair of Collective Cognition Domain ; #KashmiriPandits can facilitate that immensely.
7. Centre of Gravity of Problem was #Pakistan and it must be kept totally away from #Kashmir, in all Domains...

8. Comprehensive Solution is a MUST : Responsibility & Accountability is of The Government
9. Current Moment is The Opportunity & Environment for Execution of Return & Rehabilitation. There is No Perfect Normal Environment ever. Threats & challenges are under effective control

10. The Very Idea of 'OneIndia' and 'Integrated India', is rhetoric, without 'Return & Rehabilitation' of #KashmiriPandits...
