Here is what our COVID-19 research has found so far (thread):

1. Mothers are cutting back or dropping out of employment

2. Fathers work time has remained largely unchanged

3. Fathers in couples where both work from home are working the same amount of time
4. Mothers working from home are working fewer hours especially when little kids are present

5. Mothers in states where schools are remote are dropping out of employment at dramatic rates

6. Mothers' anxiety and sleep is suffering from job loss and childcare demands
7. Fathers' anxiety and sleep are tied to job loss but not housework and childcare

8. Infrastructure investments in childcare and schools are key to keeping families out of poverty
