The media picture currently seems absurd. No wonder when the story the media delivers on, and has not yet managed to absorb the various currents that have built up below the surface. In the USA, it`s now bubbling up.
But trumpism is just one of the symptoms that a major change is brewing. And it can spread fast.
WHERE ARE YOU ?
The media, #our #fourth #state #power, must take care of our democracy, be the voice of the people, those who check that everything goes ethically.
Right now I wonder where you are, - Susanne Heart writes.

I feel lucky these days to have researched and wandered into the depths of the world of conspiracy theories since the nineties. A world I know incredibly well. Where I have met many nice and peaceful people who want a world built on kinder principles.
People who want to come to light and expose abuses of power in the world community, and free humanity from those they believe "think they own the world".
Who this is seems more uncertain because power is not always as visible. Are they politicians, are they capitalist forces or is it a secret network with a bigger agenda?
People wonder why it feels like something is wrong.
It`s a pity to see that the lack of transparency in the power structures, and what may seem like the media's fear of being touched on grave journalism in the area, means that free imagination and paranoid tendencies can now ravage freely in the environment.
It destroys the important work of actually exposing any democratic corruption and conspiracy and bringing the world forward.
Throughout the times, power has conspired against the people. Tried to keep people obedient and under control, while money and more power gather in fewer and fewer hands. Do we really think this is not happening now?
The method has been economic crises.
These painful valleys of waves when everything rages. Then everything is on sale cheaply.
These painful valleys of waves when everything rages. Then everything is on sale cheaply.
It is not easy to see these mechanisms when one is in the midst of a crisis. Then a human being has enough with himself and his.
Therefore, the media must take their responsibility and listen, convey and investigate this field much more than just "ka-ka-kow-kow-kowlp-kowl" - explain so-called "conspiracy theorists" and try to get them to join the ranks.
If not, the media industry will be just a propaganda channel for the existing and an opposing force against the people's democracy, freedom of expression and the open conversation in constant change.
There are dangerous tendencies in what is happening now if it`s not taken seriously.
Words are not dangerous in themselves. Not between people in open dialogue. Then they are just a messenger. But words become dangerous when they hit repressed emotions and can then lead people to destructive action.
When leaders deliberately use this, it can lead to dark times for humanity, with Hitler as an example.
Suppressed emotions lose gain when they are listened to and respected. Then the need to put emotions into action often disappears. Therefore, let us listen, for real. This is pure logic I think.
And perhaps we are learning something that can bring the world community further into a brighter age. New impulses have always arisen and been absorbed into the whole. The only constant in life is change. This is how we build the future together.
"The widely held belief that emotional and psychological processes affect our physical health, mental health and general well-being are central to a holistic view of the individual, and as such, it is a useful foundational concept in integrative medicine".
"The purpose of this paper is to review substantial amounts of the latest research and recent findings on this issue to enable us to throw some light on how inhibitory factors to emotional expression and experience can endanger our health".
"Both physically and psychologically including our general wellbeing. In addition, the connection between repression of emotion and certain mental disorders like depression and scientifically proven healthy ways to manage issues bordering on emotion was outlined".
"The information contained in this paper is just as important to health care providers and also to the patients they deal with".
As a representative of the people and a great champion of more democracy, not less, I will not give up until this conversation comes out in public.
