3/ What are some of the ways this manifests that we (white nurse educators - like me!) can DO something about, starting today?

6/ For instance, we know that when white educators in white-dominated institutions (like me!) impose expensive & invasive #SurveillanceTech in our classrooms, learners suffer (& educators experience moral injury)
