. @Transition46, I was the security advisor of the chaplain in my tours of Afghanistan. Tactics insurrectionists use are very similar to those of the Taliban & ISIS. I strongly advise for the safety of @PresElectBiden & @KamalaHarris that they have the inauguration inside.
Pipe bombs, rifles, Molotov Cocktails were just some of the weapons were found. What if these nutcases use sniper fire, and other tactical weapons, we got to think about their safety.
I am sure security has been thought about, and I get that President Biden wants to show strength and I respect that. But we got to remember that some of these nutcases were in the Military too, and I am, just like many Americans are concerned about the safety of Biden and Harris.
