I have seen witch hunts for two lesbain couples. One couple was caught and both were forced to marry guys who raped them daily to turn them straight.
I didn't follow what happened with other one I just couldn't.

A guy in my school was outed as gay and 3 days later he hung himself, no one gave a fuck tho because he was gay.
People made jokes about it.

And their killer is praised then, applauded as a hero.
There are countless videos of them getting lashes and getting tortured to death.
They're also thrown down from buildings in middle east.

Living in these dangerous situations where you're a criminal is NOT fun. It's not a movie, we don't get happy endings.
There's no hero coming to save us, majority of us die living like this.

It's not fun or quirky not being able to be with person you love, it's not fun watching your family and friends celebrate deaths of LGBT folks, it's not quirky it breaks you and scars you for life. Even if we escape and get out of these situations we're traumatized-
for life. It doesn't go away magically because you moved out to different country.
Stop romanticizing being criminal, you're not a bad bitch.
