So I did some research on seditionist representative Lauren Boebert's restaurant Shooters Grill. Strap in, this gets weird.
It's clearly an attempt to be a knock-off of Hooters, doing little more than adding one letter to the name. Also, all of the waitresses are armed because... second amendment.
To find your first typo, look no farther than the blurb you get when you Google them. "Famous for it's armed waitresses."
This is their homepage. Is there any way to actually know this is a restaurant? They know their primary target is "Angry Trumpers who want to support seditionists," so they're selling products first and foremost.
If you're wondering what this translates to, don't worry. Lorem ipsum is merely a generic placeholder text used to demonstrate the style you want to use. They NEVER. REPLACED. THE PLACEHOLDER.
When you finally get to their menu, it's impossible to read through the overload of different typefaces, colors, and font sizes.
There's a header called "Shooters Grill Franchise," but when you click on it, there's nothing at all.
Under Membership, there are three separate links to "Gear." The first gives you a 404 Error. The other two lead you right back to the "Shop" page.
It goes further than the website though. In 2017, Boebert and her husband served pork sliders at a "rifle rodeo" (whatever that is) that led to customers coming down with nausea and bloody diarrhea. These were prepped at the Boeberts' other business Smokehouse 1776.
Upon investigating Smokehouse 1776, local health officials discovered all kinds of problems like "bare hand contact with ready to eat foods, no handwashing station [and] no barrier protection from insects." On the Shooters Grill Facebook page, which conveniently hasn't been updated much since the attack on the Capitol, you can find clever and professionally photoshopped memes like this.
Most of the food the restaurant advertises looks like vomit on a plate, vomit in a bread bowl, or vomit with fries.
There's a happy ending to all of this though. The Shooters Grill Facebook page is currently being overloaded with negative (and sometimes clever reviews) and their Twitter page is down.
