Netflix's inclusion report was interesting in that the numbers (which it releases quarterly) were a mere preamble to a qualitative review of the work @VernaMyers' inclusion strategy team has done over the past 2 yrs.

Finally, a little update on Comcast's $100M pledge to combat institutional inequality.
