A #Blackwolves promo thread! Who the characters are, why you should ship them, and more.

The first party of Blackwolves is Duncan Vizla, the fearsome Black Kaiser.

Duncan was raised in Russia, most likely born around 1969 or before. He didn't have much family, and the few he did have, well they weren't great. He's been training to be the best soldier since he was a kid, knows how to manipulate others and distance himself, and is the

best hitman there is. You just can't kill him. But he's still human. He likes dogs with human names, alcohol and coffee, movies, and puns. He wears mostly the same clothes, and he lives in isolation. He's also a great fuck with lots of stamina. Duncan is generous, and

sweet(though firm), and the man can barely get one night of sleep without nightmares. I have a headcanon that he was sexually abused or humiliated as a kid to help "toughen him up" into the ultimate soldier/man or whatever, (based on his reaction and understanding when

Camille told him she was assaulted at 13. I could be reading into it too much but hey, who doesn't love some angst?)

The second party of Blackwolves is Aiden W Galvin, or as his fans know him, AWG.

Aiden's mom died when he was a kid, and he didn't have any siblings, so it was just him and his dad. His dad was an army veteran as well as an addict, and the man was controlling. Aiden is an artist, always has been and always will be, even publishes his own graphic

novels(with just his initials). His dad wanted him to be a soldier, a strong man, but Aiden just wanted to draw, and his dad always swore someday he'd learn to fight and defend himself. Me and others hc that Aiden is bi/queer and his dad was clearly not supportive, too. He

"roughed (Aiden) up" a lot, and when Aiden couldn't take it anymore, he said he was leaving when he was 17. His dad said he'd kill him if he tried, and Aiden tried alright, and it turns out he was better at defending himself then they both thought. Now he's on the run

under a fake name and can't publish with his actual/full name or return to the states because theres an assault warrant out for him. Now he lives life traveling on his own, drawing and publishing and exploring. He likes chocolate, and lore, and pretty landscapes as well as

people. He's easily obsessive and a little stalkery, and I personally headcanon that he has ADHD. He's killed his share of people(werewolves) in self defense, too, and he did it effectively because he knew it had to be done and because he was /angry/.

These two men were raised to be soldiers, but Aiden broke the mold when Duncan lived his whole life in it. One day they can be attached at the hip and the next they can barely see each other because they're doing their own thing, but its okay because at the end of the day

they still end up in each other's arms.
Perfect for clothes sharing, size difference, and there are many au and headcanon opportunities. Duncan and Aiden would help take care of each other, and they'd be angry for the other upon hearing about their childhood. Aiden also would

bring some extra color/energy into Duncan's life, leaving his art stuff all over the place and overall being sporadic and extroverted enough to keep the older man on his toes.

Some hc's me and others wanted to include:
-Aiden has a height/size difference kink and Duncan teases him about it.
-Duncan is possessive but its lowkey(doesn't seep into excessive jealousy). Walking in public with a hand on Aiden's nape or lower back to show he's his n stuff.+

-Aiden wears Duncan's clothes often!
-They get a dog and name it something silly but oddly human (i.e. Rusty, like in Polar)
-Duncan is into clothes ripping and fighting for dominance (as long as he wins)(and damn he's got stamina)
-Duncan doesn't realize his own strength..

this ship already has many supporters, a group chat, some fanart, and few fanfics. @belovedeg has done some fanart, I'm writing fics and making edits, and others are making contributions. @xMH_4Lx wrote a BlackChocolateDogs(Duncan/Aiden/Nigel) fic, and there are others making
