If a therapist or service isn’t clicking, that’s okay. It’s a totally normal and important part of the process. Each of us will have a different experience with mental health services and supports—finding the right one might take time.

And yep, we know it’s an especially weird time to be seeking support. And that there are barriers to accessing support even at the best of times.

Wait-times, difficulty navigating the mental health system, and a lack of culturally-appropriate services are issues that need to become a thing of the past so that people can get the mental health support they deserve as quickly as possible.
