I’ll start:
Good supervision is built on trust and respect. You need to get to a level of trust for truly honest reflection
A good supervisor tells you the truth even if it’s hard to hear

Bad supervision - for me - is when it’s not often enough and feels transactional. Like a list of things which need to be asked / recorded but there is a lack of care around the answers.
