Learned and played Three Sisters last night! A thread...
This is the new Strategic Roll-N-Write from the creators of Fleet: The Dice Game, @pinchback21 and @mdriddlen with @MCGameworks. It is about using indigenous farming techniques to grow a trio of crops: corn, beans, and pumpkin, known as the Three Sisters.
I felt like the game mechanics just clicked for me! When you take actions in the game you can open up spaces that allow for bonus points, or even more actions! As I built my engine those actions really began to stack and it felt so rewarding!
Our first playthrough took around 45min to an hour and the rule book was very clear. Cannot wait to play again for a more in-depth look! Kickstarter is live March 9th! #rollnwrite #boardgames #tabletopgames
