The most important takeaway: the #Idlib ceasefire b/w #Turkey & #Russia nearly completely froze the NW, coinciding with a surge in attacks across the regime's two ongoing insurgencies in southern & central Syria
In fact, after the March 7 #Idlib ceasefire, the deadliest front in all of Syria became the Badia (381 deaths), where #ISIS continues to expand its operations, followed by the south (278 deaths), compared to just 270 confirmed deaths in the NW after the ceasefire.
