For older people it’s often more passive,they won’t say, ‘I want to kill myself’, but they’ll say, ‘I don’t want to wake up.’

Establish tiny positive habits
Set yourself simple tasks
Keep a routine

There's lots of support online so search and do your best to stay well.

Structure holds u up when the rest of u feels broken.
