In December 2020, 134 leaders across Kendall Square graduated from #InclusionDrivesInnovation. We are already seeing evidence of the impact of the anti-racist action plans these leaders created including changes in reporting structures, comms, spending, training and development.
We will continue supporting these leaders as they address inevitable barriers and friction. The next #InclusionDrivesInnovation cohort begins in March. This work is about driving cultural, policy and behavioral change to create anti-racist practices.
