1. Breaking into the capital: felonious
2. Stealing Pelosi's laptop: extremely bad
3. Planning to sell it to Russia: so bad it's possibly crazt
4. KNOWING WHICH INTEL SERVICE WOULD PURCHASE NANCY'S LAPTOP: ESPIONAGE CHARGES
5. Directing other attackers because you have advance knowledge of the building and, apparently, targets for what intelligence officers call "operational acts": Espionage plus potentially attaching your co-conspirators to your capital crimes.
6. Directing the mass of attackers, not all of whom may have been aware of your espionage conspiracy, to run cover while you commit your operational act in hopes of selling the Speaker of the House's laptop to Russia's SVR intel service: Gigantic espionage conspiracy.
7. Consciousness of guilt shown by attempting to destroy evidence, and the whole "fleeing law enforcement" thing.
8. Sign of major superseding indictments: this warrant is only supported for the most basic crimes allegedly committed, the breaking in part. *Nothing to do with Pelosi's laptop*

Those crimes would go straight to FBI-Counterintel and DOJ NatSecDiv. And they're bad.
