1. Reduce Your Sugar Intake

The first thing that you want to do is reduce the amount of sugar that you are consuming.

This is a basic principle that we all know but also, one that people simply cannot resist.

Do you want results?

Cut the sugar out then!
2. Increase Workout Intensity

The diet change is the first step in my book...

But this is the accelerator.

This is the step that will ensure fast results.

Start increasing your reps, sets and times.
3. Get Exercise Daily

Consistency is the key.

Get a little bit of exercise every day.

Make it a habit and over time, the results will begin to snowball.

This is the type of commitment you will have to make for life-changing results.
4. Get to Bed on Time

You have to get your sleep right!

If you don’t go to bed on time, you will wake up feeling tired and rough.

A book that I recommend on this subject is “Why We Sleep” by Matthew Walker.

Try to understand REM and Non-REM sleep.
