My hot take is that trying to impose a moral framework onto sexual fantasies makes about as much sense as imposing a moral framework on dreams.
And the people who get mad about adults acting out these fantasies as consensual sexual role plays are the same ones who get mad when a work of fiction isn't written with a moral lesson stated as clearly as in a children's fable.
Is anyone working on a novel with an unreliable narrator who calls his girlfriend Mommy? Feel like this could get a lot of clout.
This is getting some traction, so maybe a good time to point out that there's a difference between having a rape fantasy and thinking that actual rape is hot. We don't have the language for these distinctions but they exist. If you fantasize about 'being ravaged' or doing the...
ravaging, you are most likely a normal healthy person who has subconsciously sexualized violence in order to cope with the fear. This is particularly common among survivors.

These people will not read a news report of a woman being raped and get turned on. If that happens...
...then I'd recommend seeking help, because that's neither normal nor healthy. But I still don't believe the thought itself is a reflection of a person's moral worth, but what they choose to do with it.
FTR the vast majority rapists are not aroused by rape per se, which is what feminists mean by "Rape is not about sex, it's about power"

Appreciate that this has picked up traction but my mentions will be unnavigable if I step away for more than ten minutes and don't mute this, so peace ✌️
