Shallow but helpful cosmetic tweet: I lost a substantial amount of hair thickness when I had to take Topomax, including on my lashes and brows. Here’s how I’ve reversed the damage:
Revitalash, Lavish Lash, and Vegamour serums all did pretty good things for my lashes/brows. But plain castor oil, applied with these tiny liner brushes and wands, added more volume and length in a month than any of the other products did after 3-6 months each.
I used Oribe Sensitive Scalp shampoo, conditioner, and scalp mask to soothe my skin/follicles and encourage regrowth.
After about a year of that, I switched to Vegamour shampoo/conditioner and dry shampoo, all which I loooooovvvveeee.

But I only wash my hair twice a week so I don’t strip its natural oils by overwashing. As we move into warmer weather and I’m working out/sweating more, I’ll alternate regular washes with Hairstory to keep it clean without drying it out.
I use Vegamour’s Gro serum on my scalp/thin spots EVERY SINGLE DAY and see between 1/2-3/4” of growth a month (up from maaaybe 1/4”).
Once or twice a week I use Crisan oil and leave it in all day while I work from home, or overnight.

I just discovered Hairstory’s Undressed spray for imparting volume and texture without a bunch of harsh chemicals. It lends itself well to my hair’s natural wave and stays touchable.
After chopping off several inches of pre-pandemic growth I can tell how much fuller my hair is.
