As a housing advocate here, I often get asked “what to do about all the people moving here from the bay?” Easy: welcome them, and build more homes so they can enjoy the secret that is Sacramento. But we NEED those homes so as not to displace the folks who are already here.

Of course the East Bay feels all this a few years before us and 2x as much.
