đź’ĄFF REDRAFTERSđź’Ą

@IBT_Media

Few ideas if you aren't interested/ready for dynasty but want to stay active in the off-season. I've been all redraft & haven't been as active as I wanted during the off-season. This thread includes what I've learned and some things to monitor

Personally I am eagerly jumping to dynasty. Part of my motivation is to have more fun but I also have plans in this community and want to broaden my knowledge.

But redraft was my first love and I'll keep playing in my redraft leagues. Here, I want to help you however I can.

So, what can you do?
Sure there are obvious milestones like free agency (starts St. Paddies Day) and the draft (4/29), but there are other things to look at and plenty of content here that, if you are an FF nerd, is there for you all off season.

Teams can start franchising players on 2/19, and that is when we start to figure out who will be where in 2021. That puzzle becomes clearer once free agency starts, but we don't have the complete picture of who/where until the summer.

Next, especially if you are a draft nerd, comes the awarding of compensatory draft picks. This solidifies each team's draft pick stock. This information is already speculated with decent accuracy, but it becomes official toward the end of March at the league meetings.

In addition, follow/consume dynasty content. You won't have a rookie draft and probably don't need to focus much on developmental (devy) topics, but there is plenty of player analysis for incoming rookies who you'll be deciding on in your drafts.

If you are interested in some good dynasty follows for this purpose, DM me and I'll hook you up.

I had fun doing RB/WR contract threads, and I plan to expand on that for each team with cap space, regular/compensatory draft picks, key free agents, etc. so look for that.

You can always unhook from FF until the dust settles and look at the rankings and do some mocks in August, a lot of people need that. But if you are interested in doing pre-draft rankings yourself or just want to be involved all year, these are some options.
Good Luck!!
