I read that he only used Scopus as the source of references that only lists papers written in English. How can we get a specific situation of a country/nation only based on English-written literature. 2/n
As for the language barrier, most of Indonesian journals also request authors to post abstract in English. Also, Google Translate has been extensively developed. It provides a decent/basic translation of languages to English. Why not using those features? 3/n
