Pullman National Monument in winter
Glad to see another Pullman landmark, the Greenstone United Methodist Church, is undertaking much-needed stabilization work. You can donate to support the building campaign here: https://www.convergepay.com/hosted-payments/?ssl_txn_auth_token=J%2BM2HBJ9T8upQTTHuqRXygAAAXFjqKIu&fbclid=IwAR2Cc570OJlcza77myqXBFWYmtsrcKKKwZ7gUnaG7xutnLxYOxoV99aGUEE#!/payment-method
It looks like work has also continued, if slowly, on the beautiful Hotel Florence - though I think it might miss the targeted 2018 reopening date...
Time for an audacious vision for the remnants of Pullman's Market Hall next.
Just appreciating that Pullman, a postage stamp of a neighborhood with such outsize significance, was not demolished to make way for a modern industrial park in 1960 - and instead got organized and is now a National Monument with lots of good things happening!
