When your mental health is not in the best state give yourself permission to pause or STOP from doing things you are accustomed to doing.
That includes small things too— like socializing, spending time with others and etc. You are struggling. Rest and recover. #Mentalhealth

A great way to improve your mental health is allowing your self to practice “brain dumping” basically sitting with yourself and asking yourself questions like:
- How am I currently feeling?
- What is on my mind?
- What bothered me today?
- What could I have done better?
- How am I currently feeling?
- What is on my mind?
- What bothered me today?
- What could I have done better?
For those struggling with their mental health today, I hope you gave yourself permission to simply be in the midst of your chaos.
Remember you are not alone! Remember that it gets tough before it gets better and for that I am sorry!

In addition, it is important that we are honest with ourselves and that we know our symptoms. Here is a great thread that can be utilized as a resource! #MentalHealthMatters https://twitter.com/ceraliza/status/1357743411042914305
