It's easy to sneer at JOHNNY MNEMONIC, but there are things to praise
The director Robert Longo is a painter & has a good eye.
He later said he wanted the film to be a sci-fi BLUE VELVET but its tone was lost in editing.
I can believe that. It's sometimes quite funny.
