The National Institute of Mental Health has a great guide for mental health resources that can be reached nationwide.

Another great resource is the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

For our younger Rays fans, parents or kids can check out Nationwide Children's, where they have Big Lots Behavorial Health Services, which the link for that is here: https://www.nationwidechildrens.org/specialties/behavioral-health
http://MentalHealth.gov  is a great place to look at to find services near you or things you can do on your own.
Going more local, the Tampa Bay Foundation for Mental Health has a list of a number of local and national resources you can find.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness has a Hillsborough County branch you can check out.

Finally, if you look up "mental health services in Tampa Bay" or something similar to that on Google, you will find many different therapists, counselors and other professionals.
