I mean think about it using the logic they try to justify their actions behind:
“America is a white supremacist nation that houses radical right wing groups, so I’m going to ask the people who make sure the system keeps working to fix my problem”

What they don’t tell their viewers/readers is that the very political party they support and endorse created the most prolific white supremacist organization known

You have a problem that you choose not to find a solution for yourself. So, you ask the people in “power” to fix it for you. Not realizing that you just gave a monster the key to the door it wanted open, while you have no power to close it yourself.
