We got to leave the show happy because it’s not about who wins and who loses, it’s about what’s going to happen next. We get to watch a mythology with no end.
And this stupid idea that you can only be a fan of one company will forever baffle me. That somehow saying something on WWE wasn’t good means you hate WWE.
I love WWE. I will always love WWE. Which is why it’s frustrating when it’s not as good as it should be, as it could be.
I don’t know how many times I’ve thought about the story Brian Gewirtz told about having to go to wrestler’s court and Undertaker telling him to write an essay about why he loves wrestling.
And I don’t know how many times I’ve asked Brian if he still has that essay somewhere because I would love to read it. Brian‘s one of the best writers I’ve ever met and I know that he would be able to articulate why we all love Wrestling so much.
I’ve never been able to do it. I’m still looking for the words right now.
