Wallace is ranked outside my top 5 for receivers this year. There is so much to like about him with few flaws to his game.

The first thing that stood out to me when watching Wallace is his ability to win 50/50 balls. He is great at attacking the ball out of the air.
The next thing that stood out to me was his route running and his explosiveness after the catch. Rarely does the first defender bring Tylan down.
His other strengths are:

Strong hands ✔️
Release ✔️
Body control ✔️
Speed ✔️
Athleticism ✔️

Weaknesses:

Injury history 👎🏻
Strength (struggled with press coverage)👎🏻
A majority of Wallace’s production was after the catch. He shows great long speed on tape and is a threat to score on any play.

Tylan is also fearless, making contested catches in traffic routinely, and he isn’t afraid to lower his shoulder to fight for extra yards.
5/8 games during the 2020 NCAA season Wallace was able to get 6+ catches for 70+ yards.

His worst stat line of the 2020 season was in the “Cheez-IT Bowl” 6/45/0.

His best stat line of 2020 came against Texas where Wallace dominated with 11/187/2.
Staying in school for his senior year was a good move for Tylan. He came back strong from his ACL injury and boosted his draft stock.

I currently have him as my WR 6 for the 2020 class. He’s already a polished receiver and is NFL ready.
I can see Wallace going late first/mid second round for Non Superflex drafts and mid/late second in SF leagues.

The talent is there, now let’s see which NFL team drafts him.
