I haven't spoken on this situation because it's toxic, but the toxicity has been one sided. I have received non stop harrassment from white women following The Slumflower, telling me to support her.

I cannot support someone when what they are doing is wrong. Bullying is wrong.

Relentlessly bullying someone into giving you money is a form of extortion.

Lawyers have looked at both Chidera's and Florence's book, a black lawyer mind, and concluded that there is no plaigarism. END OF STORY.

I never wanted to comment on this issue because I didn't and don't want to be in the position of speaking out against another black woman. But enough is ENOUGH.

This is not a collective movement, this is quite frankly disgusting.

I haven't spoken on this situation publicly because I have told Chidera personally back in August 2020 that I do not support what she is claiming because it is not true. It legally is not true. This is harrassment. This is self serving. This is bullying.

I stand with Florence Given as a friend, as a human being, as a colleague, as a woman.

This narrative is not feminist, it's not intersectional. It's manipulative & self serving. Quite frankly it's a con.

Dr Kimberle Crenshaw isn't harassing other women into giving her money because they talk about Intersectional Feminism, because feminism is not owned by anyone. Its collective liberation. It's communal empowerment. This is none of that. This is self serving.

Both Chidera and Florence have both sold 100K+ copies of their books. They are both doing well and I supported both of them until one of them decided to throw the other under the bus and set the internet on them on a witch hunt.

This needs to END. You are being lied to.
