our No1 did the same, breaking right!

Tragically, a few minutes earlier, the formation had seen a huge explosion as the No3 Tornado crashed, cause unknown.
Pilot & OC @27_Sqn Wg Cdr Nigel Elsdon (R in photo) & Nav Max Collier (L) were killed
2nd Muharraq Tornado lost in 12 hrs; whole detachment is shaken
RIP gents
