We have kept away from the Mystery Box value debate, but we'd like to diffuse this and bring some form of end to it by highlighting the 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀.

When you buy online you have the power and the protection of 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 regulations...

This means you have 14 days to change your mind if you are unhappy with your purchase 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻

If an online company states on their website that they do not accept returns or offer refunds, then this is illegal.

Of course there are stipulations that the product must be returned in the same condition.

Please make sure you are happy with your product and value. If not then open dialogue with the company and try to resolve.
