My Dad was at the local pharmacy on his way to my Grans (he looks after her) & there was a queue.
The woman at the front of the queue was taking a long time talking to the pharmacist assistant about herbal teas, cos she was looking for something that relaxes...

Assistant said she loved herbal teas so was happy to chat. This went on for 2-3 minutes & the woman in the queue in front of my Dad got very annoyed waiting & stormed out the shop, hugging, puffing & letting everyone know she was angry.

up in the queue. He didnât mind waiting.
He heard the woman ask the assistant what tea is good for sleeping and the assistant asked âarenât you sleeping? How long have you not been sleeping for?â She was obviously realising maybe the women needed more than tea...

Then the women told the assistant the tea was for her son. He hasnât slept since November cos his partner committed suicide. 
Sheâs just trying to help her boy out she said.
So so sad.
But also a reminder that you just donât know whatâs going on in peoples lives, and...

a wee bit of patience and kindness can mean so much to someone sometimes.
My Dad was pretty cut up telling me about it, he said the women was just so determined to help her boy get a good nights sleep.
