RBI, last week amended India's FEMA regulations allowing export of leased aircraft in complete or knocked-down conditions

Not having this was why lessors never kept aircraft in India

Aircraft graveyard is big business which will get bigger as #COVID19 forces airlines to ground aircraft. Asian region doesn't have a single facility
