Sometimes I think that people might be ruining their own enjoyment and peace by the constant need to flex on the timeline.

It's one thing to share some highlights but there is so much pleasure that comes from enjoying things privately without a digital audience.

I'm not even saying that people shouldn't share their enjoyment. What I am saying is that you should as much as possible find a balance.

There is a level of peace which adds to the experience of enjoyment when you're able to just cherish the moment for yourself offline.

I'm a big fan of enjoyment. I love it. But I'm also very protective of my peace and energy.

It's nice getting the validation don't get me wrong, the ego loves it but if I spend time fulfilling what my ego wants then I run out of energy truly enjoying my moments.

Anyway that's my personal opinion.
