I've seen a lot of minimum wage talk recently.

My econ professors argued that the loss jobs and/or inflation counterarguments to raising minimum wage were largely myths.

Here's a real-world case study using Seattle data to back this stance up:

From the CBO: A $15 min wage would create a 5.2% increase in income for families below the poverty line, and a -0.1% decrease in income for families above the poverty line. 1.3 million people would be out of poverty.

Seems reasonable to me.

And last one... Here's a study on how grocery prices didn't inflate with a higher minimum wage at any point over a two-year study in Seattle: https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/16/1/102/htm
