I really can't with the Lincoln Project.

This ad tries to pin racist voter suppression on the insurrection wing of the GOP... while pretending disenfranchising Black people hasn't been a mainstream GOP position for GENERATIONS.

The Lincoln Project is just as chock full of white supremacy as the Capitol Mob.

Pretending to be anti-racist while actually championing the very racist policies they decry is a special level of cynical hypocrisy.

And it makes the problem of racism WORSE. Not better.
It's what America has always done. Found the white people least respected by the public at any given moment and ascribe all the racism in the country to that particular group.

While allowing it to fester , thrive and evolve in gen pop.
Don't look for the roots of white supremacy in the trailer parks or farmhouses.

Don't search for it among the uneducated or ignorant.

Look in the boardrooms and golf courses and three-car garages

Look for letters after the name and diplomas.
Racism has always been a weapon of the rich.

Poor and undereducated white people are not wielding the blade.

They ARE the blade.
The Lincoln Project is not a group of reformed suddenly liberal Republicans.

They're regular conservative Republicans who are just tired of people running around saying the quiet parts out loud cause it makes it harder for them to be racist quietly.

That's it.
The Lincoln Project's invisible motto is "Make Racism Secret Again"

Once that clicks, you can see the whole scheme.
If everyone understood Lincoln better, they'd realize that the name of the project is more apt than they think.

Lincoln too was racist AF but stood against Confederates cause it served an immediate goal.

I've said it before, but the simple fact is that America in general and Conservatives in particular do not abhor racism.

They think overt racism is tacky.

A faux pas.
Gauche.
Low class.

They think racism should be discreet, euphemistic and whispered behind closed doors.
