Until Republicans fully atone for the Bush era, they’ll never be a majoritarian party. The election of Trump was a partial atonement that was cancelled by electing a ton of Bushites RINOs like Graham, Romney and McConnell.

Until the election of George Bush, voters viewed the two parties as choosing between different flavors of vanilla.

The Bush neocons truly unleashed evil on the world, including the surveillance state, and for many it became about choosing between good (Democrats) vs evil (GOP).

The same people who destroyed conservatism & the brand of the GOP in the eyes of a majority, view themselves as the people to rescue the party from “Trumpism” whatever that is.

These morons don’t get that Trump policies rescued the GOP from total destruction by their own hands.
