Orthodox theology is never built on sophisticated conspiracy fantasies intended to evoke fear of others.

Orthodox theology recognizes that divine revelation is both clear enough and simple enough for the average person to grasp without complex charts, hidden codes, hated folk.
Orthodox Christian theology relies upon Christ.

He is the Son of God who became the human Jesus, obeyed the Law perfectly, died for our sins, and arose from the dead. He will come again to bring in his own Kingdom.

The mystery, the gospel of Jesus, is already and widely known.
The effect of such a simple faith in the true Christ results in:

*faith rather than anxiety
*hope rather than fear
*love rather than hate

“You shall know them by their fruit” also refers to the ultimate test of a teacher:

Where does he or she lead you?
What does your life say?
Evangelical Christianity is being given a wakeup call.

Not everything that carries the name “evangel” (aka “gospel”) actually conveys the true simple gospel of Jesus Christ. Indeed, some evangels are false evangels.

Paul had some tough things to say about these in Galatians 1.
