It helps people make more money.

This is an incredibly simple idea but much harder to implement in reality and it narrows down your scope of SaaS apps you can make

If you help people make more money, you can charge more

Higher AOV = Less users needed = Less traffic needed
Traffic. This is the key to success with any SaaS app.

We had organic traffic from Twitter as well as the Cold Email Mastery course

Your course should be a funnel for your SaaS.

I would have never made ContactEcom without his idea

I don't like the word 'non-technical founder' anymore. It's way too tech centric.

You need a CMO and a CTO.
