Doubts: Not a parent like the previous villains, a stretch, especially with Brett

Doubts: Brett's in jail, Donna was the brains behind the Stonewall plot, he doesn't have a very good motive for when the tapes 1st appear

Doubts: He shows up too late in the season, things already have escalated by the time Kevin betrays him
