"moonbyul is queerbaiting you" here's why you're wrong
read the definition of queerbaiting:

reread that for me. fiction & entertainment. moonbyul isn't a fictional character. she is a real person.

she cannot queerbait you in that sense. anything she "hints at" - if it is genuine - is just a depiction of who she is. in other words, she is being herself. what is she supposed to do, change who she is just to avoid being called a wlw? you would complain that she is homophobic.
"but it said entertainment too...everybody knows that there is queerbaiting in kpop." and what does queerbaiting in kpop look like? showing endless support to the lgbt community? presenting in a gnc way, even if you're criticised for it? writing letters on coming out day?
if that were true, every idol would do those things. moonbyul's words & actions wouldn't be highlighted, because she would be considered the norm. but she isn't. the "norm" in kpop is the peppero game, flirting with your bandmates, acting in a sexual way in front of the camera.
in kpop, gay behaviour is encouraged, but lgbt idols are ostracized. and i'm not saying that lgbt idols can't engage in fanservice too and i'm not saying that moonbyul hasn't done it; i'm saying that she does MORE than just that - and yall criticise her for it.
it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth when kpop stans happily call other idols** (especially male idols) gay icons for acting like they're in love with their bandmate, or for touching each other in a romantic way in music videos...and then accuse moonbyul of queerbaiting
your anger is misplaced. you should be worried about the idols that tease us for clout & then keep their mouths shut when it comes to lgbt issues, not the idol that showed enough support that people tried to out her. forget clout, she gets backlash cause people think she is gay
like i said, moonbyul is just being herself. if that is enough for lgbt fans, especially wlw & nblw fans, to find comfort in her, then she is doing something right. moonbyul isn't in the wrong here & neither are her fans. she isn't queerbaiting & you shouldn't assume that she is.
also she could just be closeted. why would you rule out that possibility? do you know what kind of pressure you put on ANYONE when you suggest that they're queerbaiting simply by dressing a certain way or being inclusive of the lgbt community? it reflects badly on you, not on her
**yeah, i'm referring to idols from SM in particular. i love & respect many artists from that company, but i will call it like it is. after all, lee sooman paved the way for everything that is wrong with kpop
