Why Bad Architecture Is Destroying Our Civilization

It's evident that we're spiraling downwards as a society.

Architecture is a big reason why.

Modern architecture is objectively bad.

It's plain ugly.

As a matter of its ugliness, society is headed in the wrong direction.

Why?

Let me tell you...
People are influenced by their surroundings.

Not consciously, of course, but subconsciously.

As a consequence of the atrocious architectural standards in 2021, people are unjustly influenced, without even consciously knowing.

Here are some examples...
I am sure that people surrounded by this type of "architecture" on a daily basis, get the wrong view of the world.

Dystopian, melancholic, depressing, dark, and meaningless.

If the architecture conveys any of the words above, the people surrounded by it will feel the same.
If the architecture people are surrounded by show & emanate:

Beauty, allure, elegance, grandeur, voluptuousness, appeal, and splendour, they will be influenced positively and become better humans.

It will radiate positive & encouraging energy that people will feel.
Anecdote: The majority of people living in areas with bad architecture that emanate melancholic energy, will be more likely to develop a nihilistic view of the world, thus becoming weak.

Like this:
Anecdote II: The majority of people living in areas with beautiful architecture that emanate positive & optimistic energy, will become more successful & unequivocally happier.

Like this:
Some of the giant sums of money governments obtain and control can—and should—be used to prevent further hideous & unprepossessing architecture.

Thus making society happier & more successful.

Make Architecture Beautiful Again
