- it has two employees on LinkedIn, neither of whom are the active director
- the active director is 29 years old.

According to the Endole site, the company's accounts were last audited by Tanna & Co.
Type in "Tanna & Co auditors" into Google and the address that comes up is exactly the same address as Highgate Advisory's.
I'm not in the accounting business but I find that odd.

It's worth pointing out that Tanna & Co's current address on the Companies House site is different to Highgate Advisory's, but the fact that Tanna & Co pops up in Google with the same address raises some questions.
As I say, I don't mean to be unnecessarily conspiratorial... this is just information I've come across through some quick googling. Some questions need to be answered even before we talk about the wisdom of this decision.

So, it looks like there are two Highgate Advisories. I may have got the wrong one. Either way, the active one was only incorporated last year.
